Switching mid-year: it takes 48 hours, and migrating your data is on us.

Built in Sousse, for schools that run on real timetables.

WebSchool is made by Softylines. We are a small product team that spends most of its week inside schools: in the front office at enrolment, in the staffroom at report card season, on the phone with a bursar in June.

  • Softylinesthe team behind WebSchool
  • Soussewhere it is designed and supported
  • 3languages, including full RTL Arabic
  • 4ways to use it: iOS, Android, Huawei, web

We kept meeting the same morning. A paper register in one hand, a spreadsheet that would be updated after the last lesson, a WhatsApp group nobody had time to moderate, and a director who could not answer a simple question about enrolment without three phone calls.

None of that is a people problem. It is a software problem. The data exists, it is just scattered across tools that were never meant to talk to each other. WebSchool started as one shared record covering a student, their attendance, their marks, their invoices and their family. Everything else grew out of keeping that record honest.

We build in Arabic, French and English at the same time, not as translations bolted on later. Right-to-left Arabic changed how we draw calendars, report cards and progress bars, and it made the whole product better.

How we work

01

We do the migration

Your data arrives as Excel files, exports and scanned lists. We clean it, match it, and send the duplicate and missing-field report back to you before anything goes live. It is free, and it is not an upsell.

02

Support during the hours you work

Support is in Sousse, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, with a named contact rather than a ticket queue. Every request gets a written answer within one working day.

03

Your data stays yours

Role-based access, an audit log on every action, encryption in transit and at rest, and daily backups. You can take a full export whenever you want it, without asking us first.

04

We ship what schools ask for

The LMS, the videoconferencing and the Arabic rebuild all came out of the same conversations at Edu Future and on support calls. The roadmap is mostly other people's good ideas.

Come and judge it against your own data.

Twenty minutes, your class list loaded in, no slides. If it does not fit how your school actually works, we would rather find out on the call.
